David Mansanalez

David is a writer and producer celebrated for his raw, authentic storytelling. Originally from Yuba City, California, David began his filmmaking journey after serving in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan.

While studying at the Los Angeles Film School, he discovered a passion for screenwriting as a way to process his experiences and connect with audiences.

As co-founder of 4 Ways Entertainment, David creates impactful work addressing pressing social issues. His notable projects include Slipping Into Darkness (2020), exploring generational incarceration and purchased by HBO, and In Broad Daylight (2021). David has also collaborated with brands like Netflix, AT&T, and Google Play, showcasing his creative versatility.

Alex M. Ferrufino
Producer

Alex is an award-winning filmmaker and co-founder of 4 Ways Entertainment, known for crafting impactful, authentic stories. With over a decade of experience, Alex has directed, written, and produced numerous projects that highlight themes resonating deeply within the Latino community.

His breakout short film, Slipping Into Darkness (2020), won the HBO Latino Short Film Competition, earning acclaim for its powerful portrayal of generational incarceration. Beyond his creative achievements, Alex is passionate about mentoring independent filmmakers, sharing his expertise to help others bring their visions to life.

On this project, Alex’s leadership and creative vision were vital in shaping the film’s authenticity and emotional impact.

An advocate for the art of film, Dennis frequently shoots on Super 16mm and digital cinema cameras. His versatility as a filmmaker is matched by his adventurous spirit—whether operating underwater cameras, flying drones, or leaning off the side of a snowmobile, Dennis always gets the shot.

His past credits span narrative films, commercials, and music videos. As a dedicated visual storyteller, Dennis combines technical precision with creative vision to bring every project to life.

Clint Jordan
Actor

Clint is an Independent Spirit Award-nominated actor (Virgil Bliss, 2001) with over two decades of experience in theater, film, and television. His performances have been featured at top festivals, including Sundance (Milk and Honey, Down to the Bone) and SXSW (Paper Covers Rock), earning acclaim for his depth and authenticity.

Beyond acting, Clint is a musician and filmmaker, composing music for Virgil Bliss and A&E’s New York at the Movies. He has also appeared in major commercial campaigns for Acura, Fidelity, Comcast, AT&T, and more.

Known for his commitment to storytelling and artistic versatility, Clint consistently delivers compelling, nuanced performances.

Kim Villarruel
Editor

With over 15 years of experience, Kim has mastered the art of storytelling through video editing. She began her career capturing and editing special events like sports and weddings, developing a sharp eye for emotion and narrative flow.

In 2019, Kim took her skills to the film festival circuit, editing for a Canadian-based company that hosted festivals in Los Angeles, further honing her cinematic expertise. By 2022, she was crafting TV commercials for a beloved brand, blending precision, creativity, and marketing insight to produce impactful content.

Alexander Arntzen
Composer

Alexander Arntzen is a talented and versatile film composer and singer/songwriter, known for his work across multiple genres and mediums. His music has enhanced films like Last Man Down (Netflix Top 10 Movies), Follow Her (Showtime/Paramount+), HERD (Shudder), Initiation (SXSW), and Unmothered (Max). Alexander has also contributed additional music for three animated TV series, including an original for Netflix.

A Berklee College of Music graduate, Alexander honed his craft while interning with legends Hans Zimmer and Danny Elfman, assisting on projects like Danny Elfman's Music from the Films of Tim Burton. With a career spanning 19 feature films, 11 pilots and series, and over 130 short films, Alexander’s work brings emotional depth and cinematic resonance to every project he touches.
